The

"Diamond" Mitchell controls the
drug trade on the West Coast. After a divorce hearing turns bad, he
finds himself in conflict with the Mafia forcing him to make quick
business decisions.
Diamonds newest street hustlers Cleeve and
Reggie, are quick to learn the drug game. The consequences of their
thugged out lifestlye is felt by everyone around them. As the walls
close in on Diamond's organization, his Jamaica henchman, Shotta feels
the pressure trying to escape back to Jamaica. Shotta is at a loss when
his request to return to the island is rejected by Jamaica's Crime
Lord, King (Beenie Man).
